SimWorks Dealer Agreement
Thank you for your interest in becoming a SimWorks dealer. This document should serve as a reminder that we at SimWorks are excited to be working with you. We’re always looking to a fellowship who would join our idea and expand it to the world. We decided to call our company SimWorks because it is something that we all belive in “Between You and Me”. We communicate and connect end users, dealers, and producers to develop a service to be circulated in the shape of thought and ideas suitable for the bicycle rider’s lifestyle, create their needs to the shape, and support all the craftsmen who produce excellent items in the world. We are hoping that you are as committed to our products as much as we are.
We are going to look closely into your information and will be in touch if we would like to have a relationship with you as a dealer.
DEALER AGREES TO:
- Dealer must have a physical retail bike store, not only online web store. We’re proud of our packaging designs. We care where/ how you display our products in your store.
- Total amount of order (plus shipping charges) due before order is shipped.
- Claims arising from invoices must be made within 7 business days of the invoice date.
- You agree to SimWorks MSRP Pricing Policy, and will not advertise pricing any lower than the published MSRP for current model products.
- You agree to SimWorks USA selling SimWorks product direct to consumers on SimWorks website.
- You agree to receive SimWorks Newsletter from us.
SIMWORKS WARRANTY INFORMATION:
- We stand behind the quality of our products. SimWorks will warranty any item that suffers from defects based on faulty craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover items that have been damaged due to abuse, accidents or normal wear & tear.
IN STORE REPRESENTATION:
- Professional bicycle mechanic service and space are required to resale of our product.
- Returns Exchanges: Dealer is responsible for any product sold through their shop. Returns and exchanges will be as outlined by their policies.
ONLINE REPRESENTATION:
- Dealer may advertise the fact that they sell SimWorks product on their Facebook, Instagram, Twitter accounts. Please include @SimWorksUSA #SimWorksUSA, #swNitto, #swHonjo, etc.. where any product is photographed.
- Dealer may not sell SimWorks products online on any third party websites: Amazon, Ebay, Good Marketplace, etc..
