We SimWorks USA is located in Portland. Portland is known as a bicycle town with tons of rain. We’ve got some chances to see our SimWorks x Honjo<\/a> fenders sometimes here, as well as SimWorks x Nitto<\/a> parts and nice local handcrafted bikes, too.<\/p>\n

Chris DiMinno is a chef at Chris King Precision Components\u2019 cafeteria, and he manages all aspects of the Gourmet Century series and Chris King events such as Chris King\u2019s Mobile Event and Food Service<\/a>, planning and cooking at many bicycle events through his Chris King gourmet experience. We SimWorks also invite him to Japan every year for Gourmet Century Japan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Chef DiMinno rides his Simple Bicycle Co.<\/a> He has a great relationship with this frame builder, Oscar, who can make anything beautifully and beastly. Oscar also makes stunning frames at the Cielo for Chris King Precision Components.<\/p>\n

Now, here is the amazing bike setup that the chef, Chris, and the beast, Oscar, made together. As you can see, their bicycle setup has very good taste. Don\u2019t you think so?<\/p>\n
