Hi, My name is Rie and I’m taking care of communication dept in this SimWork team. It has been 4 years since I started working here. 15 years ago, I pursued ‘California dream’ having lived in San Diego for 6 years, but couldn’t even find any of my dreams there at all, then I started tramping all over the world trying to look for ‘Who I am’. I earned some money on the way by opening a Bicycle Cafe and I traveled across from Berlin to southern part in Portugal, but somehow…I couldn’t even figure out who I am at all and ended up here in Japan at SimWorks.

First of all, I was only able to speak “My name is” and “Thank you”, but I learned so many more because of my tramping experiences and meeting so many people on this planet, and I wanted to know and express how I wanted to communicate with everyone, so I pressed the button of ‘SURVIVAL BOOST’ in order to live, then here I am. SimWorks is the place that I can use my skills that I earned through my wandering journey.

I used to be a girl who dressed like a crazy whore and commuted clubs everyday and never thought of studying something, but through SimWorks and interesting people from all over the world, I was able to get myself involved into something that I wasn’t interested in before since it was quite fun to ‘know’ something. Finally I started feeling that I wanted to tell my stories to the others more and more.

I try to strain myself not to be spoiled at this amazing environment and would love to give a huge appreciation to any people who I met so far. I will work and grow myself harder than ever for SimWorks. My journey will never end. If you see me somewhere on this great planet, then please say and ask me, “HEY RIE!!! WHERE YOU GOING?” I would like to make this world super good with you.
